Russula is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Bhubaneswar, part of the Orissa state, India. Russula Automation and Engineering Solutions India Private Limited was founded in 2008 and has steadily expanded to a team of 6 engineering professionals today. Having a local presence will permit Russula to provide better technical support to the clients in this region.

- Nucor Steel Seattle increases cut reliability by upgrading 3 shears

Russula is pleased to announce that it has received an order from Nucor Steel Seattle Inc. in Seattle, WA for the supply of new automation for their three shears. The aim of the project is to replace the existing obsolete automation system and to increase cut reliability.

- Votorantim Metais rolls a perfect first wire coil

The startup team was very pleased to roll a perfect first wire rod coil during the commissioning of the new Votorantim Metais high speed wire rod mill in September 2009. Russula supplied the electrical equipment, control system, supervision, training, commissioning and performance test of the rolling mill. The control system improves the process as a whole and integrates actions facilitating patching, maintenance and operations.

- Russula receives order from ArcelorMittal Long Carbon Division

Russula is pleased to announce that it has received an order from ArcelorMittal Long Carbon, in Vinton, TX for the supply of a new automation system for their divide shear. The aim of the project is to replace the existing obsolete automation system and to increase cut accuracy and yield.
