Over the past 20 years, Russula's core business is to deliver automation solutions to the steel and metals industry. Our company has implemented over 400 automation projects world-wide for new facilities, plant expansions and plant revamps. This experience has enabled us to build a highly specialized team, with a unique combination of rolling mill process knowledge and electrical system knowledge.
Russula remains an independent control system provider; as such we choose the best combination of PLC/Controller and drive hardware, mutually agreed upon with the customer for a given situation. All of our programming is done in open standard protocol which gives the customer the ability to make improvements themselves. Our goal is to select standard function blocks and hardware to lower spare costs and ease maintenance – no "black boxes".
