Training

Whether part of a larger project or a refresher for better insight into best industry practices, Russula considers training to be one of the most important aspects for successful plant operations. Russula offers both on-site and off-site training, the latter typically is conducted at its headquarters in Spain.

Training is done in a classroom style format except where hands-on activities are part of the course prospectus. Classes involve a presentation of the hardware and software specific to rolling mills and the customer’s own system. Topics including operation, maintenance and engineering may be covered. Training manuals and documentation are provided in electronic format and the paper copies are distributed at the beginning of the class.
