Equipo eléctrico y automatización para un nuevo horno de vigas móviles
Russula supplied the electrical equipment and automation for a new walking beam 150 ton/hr reheat furnace (six zones, twenty burners) at Yolbulan Metal. The scope of supply consisted of a new control system featuring Russula's Reheat Furnace Level 1 Combustion Control and Material Handling, including engineering, equipment supply, software development, electrical installation supervision and commissioning.

The new control system was successfully commissioned in the fall of 2014. The first hot billet passed on September 13, 2014.
About Yolbulan Metal
Yolbulan Metal, is located in Toprakkale, in the Osmaniye Province of Turkey. The first mill started the production of round bars and rebars in 1990. With the construction of the second mill in 2000 they incorporated the production of angles to their offer and in 2005 they build a new profile rolling mill. The company continued to increase its product range in the following years. In 2013, to increase their capacity they decided to install a new walking beam furnace, for which Russula provided the control technology. With a current production capacity of 500.000 tons, Yolbulan has a strong position in the domestic market, giving great importance to export markets.
