AC&DC Drives

Russula rebuilds older drive installations and modernizes them with up to date technology. These drive modules are customized according to your specifications. AC and DC Drive upgrades are offered independently and in conjunction with other electrical and mechanical upgrades.

Since the technology for power stacks and power circuits does not change rapidly, upgrading the drive electronics will often give the same result as replacing the entire drive. However an upgrade involves purchasing less equipment, is a quicker installation and is less expensive then buying new drives.

AC Multi-drives are a good solution for areas of the mill where there are a lot of smaller motors such as the cooling bed, process and finishing, stacker, roller tables, ect. If you connect them to AC multi-drives, the power is distributed more efficiently which saves energy.

On-site Drive Installations
After building the drives, technical experts from Russula´s workshop can install the drives in your manufacturing plant. This saves considerable installation and start-up time as the technical expert has prior experience with the project.
