Installed in-line and connected to the hot rolling mill, Russula’s Q-bar quenching system is an ideal solution for producing high strength rebar. The quenching and tempering configuration can be implemented in new or existing mills to economically produce a wide range of steel grades.

Our engineers customize the right solutions for cooling and product handling of rounds and sections. Cooling beds are now designed with standardized mechanical parts that are arranged together according to product mix and mill production capacity.
Top knot position ensures no snagging
Binding machines
Russula engineers, manufactures and installs fully automated binding machines. 5.5-6.5 mm binding wire is fed under tension around the bundle creating compact bundles and preventing surface scratches. Operational costs are lower than strap binding.
