Job Description

At Russula, a leading engineering company in the steel industry, we are looking to hire a Civil Engineer to participate in the development of structural and civil works projects, as well as in the supervision of construction and assembly activities related to our international projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Development of basic and detailed engineering for steel industry projects, including:
• Analysis of technical requirements and project specifications.
• Design and calculation of steel and concrete structures, as well as foundations.
• 3D modeling of structures and preparation of drawings.
• Preparation of calculation reports and technical documentation.
• Engineering coordination with other departments and companies.
• Technical support during execution phases for site supervisors and clients.
• Supervision of construction and assembly on site for projects developed by Russula.
• Preparation of technical progress reports for construction and assembly activities.
• Support for other areas of the department (e.g., water treatment plants and mechanical systems).
• Integration of occupational risk prevention measures in on-site work.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Construction and Installations. A master’s degree in civil engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports) or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Construction/Structures will be highly valued.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles.
• Technical knowledge:
• Design of concrete and steel structures.
• Proficiency in software such as SAP2000, Idea Statica, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures is essential.
• Languages: Minimum English level B2
• Availability to travel and stay abroad as required.
