Russula’s workshop doubles its size
This expansion gives us us flexibility in logistics management, increasing our storage space and optimizing shipments
Russula continues to grow. Our company expands its facilities by increasing the workshop’s surface area to double its capacity, which now exceeds 4,000 m². Over the years, since our workshop’s creation in 2004, the corporation has quadrupled the surface area dedicated to electrical cabinet assembly and equipment testing, to keep pace with the company's growth.
"This expansion allows us not only to increase our production capacity, but also the surface area for equipment testing. It also gives us flexibility in logistics management, increasing our storage space and optimizing shipments", explains Daniel Sanchez, Russula's COO
The workshop is an important part of Russula Having its own workshop allows the company to directly control and monitor the entire value chain. "In the electrical division we start by defining the requirements, then design the equipment, assemble it, test it and certify it. We carry out this entire process with our own staff, in our facilities," says Daniel Sánchez.
Staff growth
This growth responds to the growth of the workload and is accompanied by an increase in the workforce. In the last year, Russula’s workshop staff has grown by 60% and, as Daniel Sánchez explains, the plan is to continue growing: "We want to continue to provide the workshop with more staff and machinery. This will allow us to keep up with the growth of the company and the needs of our customers".
